The refrigeration system operates stably, with a fast cooling rate that can quickly reach the set temperature and maintain a constant temperature, effectively locking in the freshness of the goods and avoiding deterioration caused by temperature fluctuations during long-distance transportation. It can also be equipped with dual or multiple temperature zones to meet the differentiated temperature control needs of transporting multiple categories of goods in the same vehicle. The refrigerated compartment is made using a new technology of broken bridge insulation, with a fully sealed sandwich composite structure. The exterior is made of high-quality fiberglass, and the internal skeleton is made of galvanized pipe (treated with wooden insulation). The middle is filled with high-density polyurethane foam insulation layer. The thickness of the compartment is up to 8cm, and the insulation performance is excellent. It can effectively block external temperature conduction, reduce refrigeration energy consumption, ensure long-term stability of the temperature inside the compartment, and meet the continuous insulation needs during long-distance transportation. The bottom of the cabin is equipped with aluminum alloy anti slip patterned plates as standard, and 1-meter-high aluminum patterned plates can be added around the interior for easy cleaning and anti slip wear resistance; The exterior adopts new aluminum alloy edge profiles, with stainless steel corners and rear door frames, matched with rubber sealing strips, thickened stainless steel hinges and locks, greatly improving the sealing performance of the cabin and preventing cold air leakage.
