Non dead corner arc process: The corners and heads inside the tank have a smooth transition with a large arc, without any hidden dirt or dead corners, and there is no residue after cleaning; A butterfly shaped anti wave partition is installed inside the tank to reduce violent liquid shaking during driving and prevent fresh milk from layering and fat from floating up.
Separate warehouse independent transportation: equipped with dual warehouse independent partitions, each warehouse has a separate manhole and independent inlet and outlet pipeline, which can transport fresh milk from different pastures at the same time without mixing flavors; All pipelines are pre embedded with insulation layers, ensuring that the pipes do not freeze in winter and do not deteriorate due to temperature rise in summer.
Sealed and dustproof protection: The top manhole is equipped with a sealing gasket and a dustproof and rainproof cover, and is equipped with a pneumatic breathing valve to automatically balance the air pressure inside the tank, preventing negative pressure from sucking in dust and positive pressure from overflowing milk; A complete set of food grade silicone seals, resistant to milk fat, acid and alkali disinfectants that corrode the Chinese government website.
2、 Super sealed constant temperature insulation system, long-lasting freshness locking and anti spoilage
Three layer insulation tank structure: inner liner made of 304 stainless steel+100mm high-density polyurethane foam insulation layer+outer layer of stainless steel protective plate, seamlessly integrated foam, heat insulation without leakage.
Stable temperature control performance: The standard storage and transportation temperature for fresh milk is around 4 ℃, and the temperature rise in the tank within 24 hours under full load at room temperature is ≤ 1.5 ℃. There is no need to install refrigeration units for long-distance transportation from pastures to dairy factories, greatly reducing operating costs.
Pipeline temperature protection: The inlet and outlet milk pipelines are wrapped with insulation layer to prevent local heating of the pipeline from causing fresh milk to spoil, and the temperature is stable throughout the unloading process.
3、 CIP fully automatic in-situ cleaning and disinfection function (essential for fresh milk)
Full area spray cleaning: A 360 ° rotating cleaning ball is installed at the top of each compartment, covering the tank walls, partitions, and pipelines with acidic, alkaline, hot, and clean water, without the need for personnel to manually clean the tank.
Complete disinfection process: can be connected to an external cleaning station, automatically completing the entire process of pre rinsing with clean water → alkaline washing to remove milk fat → hot water neutralization → acid washing to remove scale → sterile water rinsing, in compliance with food hygiene standards.
Independent compartment cleaning: The valves of the two compartments are independently controlled, allowing for single compartment cleaning and unloading, avoiding cross contamination of different batches of milk sources, and adapting to the multi farm touring milk collection mode.
