The compression ratio is not less than 2.5, which can effectively reduce the volume of garbage, maximize the utilization of carriage storage space, increase single transfer volume, reduce transportation frequency, and lower operating costs. The carriage is made of T420 special steel, with side panels up to 5mm thick and bottom panels up to 6mm thick. The structure is sturdy and can withstand high-pressure compression without deformation, making it suitable for long-term high-intensity operations. Adopting a fully sealed carriage design, the carriage is equipped with a hydraulic automatic locking device and a triple U-shaped sealing strip between the carriage and the filler. Combined with anti leakage and anti backflow devices, it can effectively prevent the leakage of garbage leachate and the spread of odors, completely solving the problem of secondary pollution during garbage transportation. There is a dedicated sewage collection tank at the bottom of the carriage, which can collect the leachate generated during compression and dumping processes. It can be discharged synchronously during unloading to avoid sewage pollution of the road surface and surrounding environment, in line with modern environmental protection standards.
