The core specialized device consists of a box body and a compression system, equipped with a high-performance hydraulic system. The key components are selected from high-quality brands, and the hydraulic circuit pressure can reach 22MPa. It adopts bidirectional compression technology, and through the coordinated action of scraper and skateboard, it can efficiently compress garbage, significantly reduce garbage volume, increase single transfer volume, reduce transportation frequency, and lower operating costs. The effective volume of the carriage can reach 22 cubic meters, which can load 19 tons of garbage. It is made of T700 high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, with side plate thickness of 5mm and bottom plate thickness of 6mm. The filling device is made of 8mm thick T700 high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, which has a sturdy and corrosion-resistant structure, can withstand long-term high-pressure compression operations, is not easy to deform, and is suitable for long-term high-intensity large-scale environmental sanitation operations. Adopting a fully sealed carriage design, the carriage can be optionally equipped with a box style and a fully sealed cover device. A tight sealing structure is provided between the carriage and the filling device, effectively preventing garbage scattering, odor diffusion, and leachate leakage, completely solving the problem of secondary pollution during garbage transportation, and meeting the requirements of modern environmental protection operations. The vehicle is equipped with a dedicated sewage collection device, which can collect the leachate generated during the compression and dumping process of garbage, and discharge it synchronously during unloading to avoid sewage pollution of the road surface and surrounding environment, protect the environmental hygiene of the work area, and comply with relevant national environmental protection regulations.
