The compression ratio is not less than 2.5, which can significantly reduce the volume of garbage and maximize the use of 22 cubic meters of storage space. The single transfer volume can reach about 19 tons, effectively reducing transportation frequency and operating costs. The carriage is made of T700 high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, with side plate thickness of 5mm and bottom plate thickness of 6mm. The filling device is made of 8mm thick T700 high-strength wear-resistant steel plate. The structure is sturdy, corrosion-resistant, and impact resistant, and can withstand long-term high-pressure compression operations without deformation, suitable for long-term high-intensity large-scale environmental protection operations. Adopting a fully sealed carriage design, the joint surface between the carriage and the filler is equipped with tight sealing strips and hydraulic locking devices, effectively preventing garbage scattering, odor diffusion, and leachate leakage, completely solving the problem of secondary pollution during garbage transportation, and meeting the requirements of modern environmental sanitation and environmental protection operations. The vehicle is equipped with dual sewage collection devices, which are respectively installed under the chassis beam and the rear filler. They can collect the leachate generated during the compression and dumping of garbage, and discharge it synchronously during unloading to avoid sewage pollution of the road surface and surrounding environment.
